Dramatic, vigorous and floriferous, Blood Moon delivers on everything that you could want in an iris. Large fully ruffled flowers display wide creamy yellow falls with burgundy-red banding. Upright ruffled standards are rich, velvety burgundy-red with accents of yellow at the midribs. A reliable bloomer that produces double branched stems with 7 buds per stem. Mid to late season bloomer. Grows to 38" tall in height and is hardy for zones 3-10. A vigorous perennial plant it will return each spring, and multiply each year, providing you with a reliable abundance of blooms. Strong stems make this a great cut flower!
