We really care about our plants and the environment, which is why we pack them using sustainable, recyclable materials and aim for minimal waste. Our mission is to make sure your plants arrive at your doorstep in fantastic shape!

With a 99.9% success rate in shipping, and free shipping on plants, we’re pretty confident you’ll be thrilled with your order. But if something does happen during shipping, please don’t hesitate to reach out! Just email us a photo within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right—either by replacing damaged plants or issuing a credit if something isn’t available. Your happiness means everything to us!

**Special Note For Pre-Order Rose Sales!**

We open up pre-ordering of roses in the fall for the following spring! If you are ordering during the gardening season February - October, your order will ship out right away. As with all of our plants, pre-order enjoy free shipping on plants regardless of when they are sent. 

Our pre-order roses will typically start shipping between early February and April, depending on the variety and where you’re located. Some roses might be ready to go earlier than others, so feel free to reach out for specific shipping dates when February rolls around. We can’t wait for you to enjoy your new plants!
