Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground for items fulfilled from our nursery. We use careful packaging designed specifically for live plants to ensure they arrive healthy.

Free Shipping on all plants and items we ship directly from our nursery (most of our catalog).

Other Merchandise (Manufacturer-Direct Shipping)

Items that ship directly from the manufacturer have their own shipping rates. These costs will be calculated and clearly shown in your shopping cart and at checkout based on the manufacturer’s shipping policy, item weight, and your delivery address.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier performance. Processing time (1–3 business days) is added to these transit times.

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

Shipping is available but may have higher rates (shown at checkout). Delivery times are typically longer.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

No International Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States.
