All roses, herbs, iris and other garden plants ship via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day or UPS depending on the best method for your order. If you have a preference please let us know prior to shipping. 

Our plants are packed using sustainable, recyclable materials with minimal waste in the box. We take great pride in packing and shipping plants that will arrive at your door in spectacular shape! 

We have a 99.9% success rate in shipping but, if you have an issue due to damage during shipping, please email us a photo and contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. Plants damaged in shipping are promptly replaced, otherwise a credit will be issued if the item is no longer available. Your happiness is our goal!

Pre-Order Rose Sales

Spring pre-order roses typically start shipping early February -April depending on the variety. Some varieties will be ready to ship earlier, some later. Please contact us directly for actual ship date in early February.
