Our Promise

At Fresh Garden Living, your satisfaction is our top priority. Because we sell live plants, we offer a Live Arrival Guarantee — if your plants arrive damaged or unhealthy, we will replace them or issue a full refund.

Return Eligibility

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery if your plants arrive damaged or in poor condition.
  • Photos of the plants in their packaging and upon unpacking are required for any claim.
  • Live plants are perishable and generally not eligible for return if they are healthy upon arrival.
  • Non-plant items (fertilizers, tools, etc.) may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us first by email at fglshopify@gmail.com before sending anything back.
  2. Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. PLANTS THAT WE SHIP: We will provide return instructions and email you a prepaid return shipping label that you can download and print. A Return Authorization (RA) number will be provided if needed.
  4. OTHER MERCHANDISE: (from our collective supliers) Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. Manufacturer-direct items follow the individual manufacturer’s return policy.

Please do not send returns without contacting us first.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error or the plants arrived damaged.

Damaged or Dead Plants on Arrival

We pack our plants with great care using the highest standards. If plants arrive damaged or do not survive transit, please contact us right away. In most cases, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund (including original shipping).
