Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all plants and items fulfilled directly from our nursery in Oregon.

What if some items ship from the manufacturer?

Manufacturer-direct items have their own shipping rates, which are calculated and clearly shown in your cart and at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Plants & Products

Are your plants guaranteed?

Yes! We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee. If your plants arrive damaged or unhealthy, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will replace them or issue a refund.

Where are your plants grown?

All our roses, perennials, flowering bulbs, herbs, iris, vegetables, and other plants are grown right here in Eastern Oregon using natural, chemical-free methods. Some of our other suppliers will ship directly from their nurseries, which are all licensed and located in the United States.

How do I know which plants are right for my area?

Most of our plants are hardy in USDA zones 4–9. Find your USDA Hardiness Zone here (opens in new window) by entering your zip code.
