Blooms are showy, textured blooms with multiple layers of petals that appear on old growth in early spring and persists through summer. The branches are decorated with oval to oblong shaped leaves, soft apricot- blush shade blooms in the Spring and no thorns! This is one of the first burst of colors as buds begin to bloom in early spring. Soon after, new foliage emerges a red tinted shade that later emerge to a glossy, dark green in Summer. Small yellowish-green drupes begin to appear in late Summer and can develop red tinged once matured in Autumn.
