This vibrant selection is excellent for roasting, mashing, or boiling. These potatoes thrive in loose, fertile soil with consistent watering and benefit from regular hilling as they grow. Whether planted in raised beds or garden rows, the mix yields a productive and diverse harvest that is both practical and beautiful.

Plant when the soil is workable, mound soil around stems to protect developing tubers, and keep the soil evenly moist. Once harvested, cure the potatoes in a cool, dark space for 7–10 days to extend their shelf life.
