Allow 48-72 hours for pumpkin to fully decompress if delivered compressed. You can manually help pump it up by massaging cotton.

Care Instructions

Avoid harsh cleaners & those containing chlorine and bleaches

Do NOT spin dry

Air dry only & try to avoid direct sunlight

Do not use iron or hair dryer to dry either

Do NOT use high temperature wash, as it can ruin color of the fabric and the shape. Plush products should be washed at approx a temperature of 30-40 degrees (no higher).

Shipping Damage on Non-returnable Items

Email Karyn@freshgardenliving.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement when possible; if unavailable, store credit or a refund to your original payment method. Photos are required — claims cannot be processed without them.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval. Original shipping is not refunded unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged. Unauthorized returns in good condition receive store credit rather than a card refund.
