Great service but the reason I give 4 stars is because my oregano and the sage plants seem to be dying. Makes me sad…

Well live plants ordered on June 1st still have not arrived. Tracking didn't move from just pre-shipment label till yesterday June 13th after I messaged the seller several times. Never an apology, only excuses and what seems to be lies. They claim post office picked up last week an entire trailer and sometimes it takes time. Well they are either lying and only shipped after my complaint, or my plants have been sitting in a trailer for a week. Very poor customer service for a $50 order. Lets see what these plants look like once they are here.
Update I wish this seller could of just been honest that she had not shipped out, you can tell they were just shipped on Tuesday by how wet the inside of the box is, if they sat for a week that wouldn’t be possible. Honesty goes a far way.

The plants arrived securely packaged and looking full. Unfortunately the oregano plant is over half dead after one week in the soil, but the other plants seem to be doing well.

Sage plant is a bit small with quite a few yellow leaves but everything else was healthy. I have them under the lights so they make it to Thanksgiving. I am going to revive that sage dang it. My order arrived SO quickly and was packaged so well - picks and tape galore. But the shipper didn’t take much care - my box was pretty smushed on the corner. Not the sellers fault at all. They were totally set up for success!
