This exceptional hybrid orchid combines multiple Cattleya-alliance genera to create Rhyn. Edison Lojano, a robust epiphytic orchid celebrated for its outstanding flowering potential and vigorous growth characteristics.
- Light: Requires bright light with some direct morning sun. Provide high light levels for optimal growth and flowering.
- Temperature: Adapts to intermediate to warm conditions with daytime temperatures of 20-28°C (68-82°F) and nighttime drops to 15-20°C (59-68°F).
- Humidity: Maintains best health with humidity levels of 50-70%. Ensure excellent air circulation to prevent fungal problems.
- Watering: Water thoroughly when growing medium approaches dryness. Allow slight drying between waterings to prevent root rot.
Additional Notes
This orchid is a complex hybrid with the potential for spectacular, large flowers that bloom often. Since each plant is grown from seed, the flowers may vary in color and size, making each one a unique find for collectors.
