If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, contact us within 2 days of receipt. If it does not thrive within 30 days, please reach out. In most cases, we will send a replacement at no extra cost, or issue a refund including the original shipping on that plant.
This applies whether the box left our nursery or a partner farm. It is still your Fresh Garden Living order.

Processing: Orders ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Pre-ordered items may ship separately once available.
Shipping: Free shipping on all plants and nursery-fulfilled items via USPS Ground Advantage, FedEx or UPS Ground. Manufacturer-direct items have their own rates, calculated at checkout.
