Also known as Eden Climber® Red ('Meidrason'), this stunning climbing rose exhibits all the characteristics that have made Eden such a favorite: full, fragrant blooms, vigorous growth, and striking crimson color. It blooms earlier than most Eden roses and holds its vivid color beautifully as the blooms age

Hardy for zones 5–9, this extremely fragrant climbing rose grows to 10–12 feet tall and 8–10 feet wide.

We've made growing beautiful roses easier with our 1.5-gallon fiber containers. Just unwrap, plant the fiber pot directly in the soil, water, and enjoy — no more struggling with bare-root roses. Ships from our licensed farm and plant nursery in Oregon. This is an own-root rose.

  • PESTICIDE-FREE: All of our plants are grown sustainably.
  • MATURE SIZE: 10–12 feet High x 8–10 feet Wide
  • USDA HARDINESS: Zones 5–9
  • SHIPPED IN: 1.5-gallon fiber container, actively growing
  • FRAGRANCE: Tea rose, very fragrant
  • COLOR: Crimson red
  • BLOOM SIZE: Double blooms with 100+ petals per bloom
  • FOLIAGE: Dark green
  • GROWS BEST IN: Full sun with well-drained soil

the roses come in a peat pot, which great because it holds the roots steady for planting and minimizes shock. I planted last week and new growth has already started.

The plant came in good condition and the owner is very responsive. My only issue is the size of the plant is very small, one small stem and few branches with leaves. It might have been on the description but I was expecting the plant to be slightly more bigger.
