Osmo One Coat Only HS Plus is a semi-transparent, satin exterior wood finish that colours, protects and meets the full needs of exterior wood with only a single coat. The finish enhances the natural wood grain and texture and is also microporous which leaves a breathable surface. Stain does not crack, peel, flake or blister, and is very durable, water repellent, moisture regulating, and is weather and UV resistant.

Shipping Damage on Non-returnable Items

Email Karyn@freshgardenliving.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement when possible; if unavailable, store credit or a refund to your original payment method. Photos are required — claims cannot be processed without them.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval. Original shipping is not refunded unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged. Unauthorized returns in good condition receive store credit rather than a card refund.
