Plant Care
Light: Place your Brazil Philodendron Heartleaf in a location with bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can scorch the leaves.
Watering: Water your plant when the top inch of soil feels dry to the touch. Ensure that the pot has proper drainage to prevent overwatering, which can lead to root rot.
Humidity: Philodendrons prefer high humidity, so misting the leaves occasionally or placing a humidifier nearby can help maintain the ideal humidity level.
Temperature: Keep your plant in a room with temperatures between 65°F to 80°F (18°C to 27°C). Avoid placing it near drafts or heating vents.
Fertilizing: Feed your Brazil Philodendron Heartleaf with a balanced liquid fertilizer diluted to half strength every 4-6 weeks during the growing season (spring and summer).
Pruning: Regularly remove any yellow or dead leaves to encourage new growth and maintain the plant's appearance.

Shipping Damage on Non-returnable Items
Email Karyn@freshgardenliving.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement when possible; if unavailable, store credit or a refund to your original payment method. Photos are required — claims cannot be processed without them.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval. Original shipping is not refunded unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged. Unauthorized returns in good condition receive store credit rather than a card refund.
